Deck Force Patch

Deck Force refers the Deck Division of a cutter. These individuals are responsible for the painting of the hull and fittings, maintaining the fittings, roving watches, mooring lines, acting as lookouts and helmsmen while underway, and other various tasks of seamanship. I don't believe this patch was designed for any particular unit.
